This policy explains how you can return or exchange an item if needed. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all customers in the United States who purchase any product from our website, including:

  • Unclaimed Beauty Accessories Pallets (Small, Medium, Large)

  • Unclaimed Clothing Club Pallets (Small, Medium, Large)

  • Unclaimed Electronic Pallets (Small, Medium, Large)

  • Unclaimed Shoes Pallets (Small, Medium, Large)

  • Any other mystery box or liquidation pallet sold on our site

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Returns – We Accept Both Defective & Non‑Defective Products

Unlike many mystery box sellers, we do accept returns for two types of situations:

2.1 Defective Products

A product is considered defective if it does not work for its intended purpose and the problem existed before you received it.

Examples of defects:

  • An electronic item (e.g., headphones, smart device) will not power on at all.

  • A beauty product is cracked, leaking, or clearly unusable.

  • An item of clothing has a large tear or broken zipper that was not described as “minor wear.”

Examples that are NOT defects:

  • You received a different brand than you hoped for.

  • An electronic item works but is missing a non‑essential accessory (e.g., charging cable).

  • Minor scuffs or shelf wear that do not affect use (see “Product Condition” below).

2.2 Non‑Defective Products (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.)

You may also return a product for any other reason, including:

  • You changed your mind.

  • The item does not fit (for clothing/shoes).

  • You simply do not like the item.

Note: Because our products are sold as mystery / unclaimed mail, the “surprise” factor alone is not a valid reason for return. But if you receive a physical product that is in new condition (see Section 4) and you decide you don’t want it, you can return it under this policy.

Important exception – As‑is items: Some of our listings state that items may have “minor quirks or missing parts.” Those minor quirks do not make a product defective. You cannot return an item just because it has the exact minor wear described in the product listing. However, if an item is more damaged than described (e.g., listing said “minor wear” but the item is completely broken), that counts as a defect.

If a product cannot be resold as “new” due to being opened, used, or damaged by you, we will deny the return and send it back to you at your expense.
